A Guide to Your Goals

For the last several years our mission has been to partner with entrepreneurs and employers to create pathways for diverse talent. This birthed our in house programming for people who wanted to start a new career or enhance their current careers. Our company specializes in: Business Consulting, Executive Training, DEI Strategy, Career Advancement and Internal Corporate Consulting.

Part of our vision is to bridge the talent gap by extending opportunities to underserved and underrepresented groups. We achieve this through training to business owners, leaders, apprentices, online workshops and learning and development offered to companies to bring visibility to disadvantaged groups. Our hope is to place at least 80 percent of the talent we train with organizations who have diversity and inclusion efforts.

The majority of leaders agree with us, the classroom of the future is the workplace because it is only through guidance and experience that we truly learn our crafts and can contribute in ways that drive companies forward.

Our consultants are considered subject matter experts who help get the job done. We affectionately call our brand "Apprenticeship" because from early careerists to seasoned executives, we can all benefit from continued enhancement of our skillsets.
